Telework can be a mutually beneficial relationship for employer and employee. The employer will see a reduction in operational cost, increase in productivity level and a reduction in absenteeism. In addition, employee morale tends to be increased with there is a telework arrangement.
Keep in mind employers may be able to receive tax credits for having a telework program. The employee benefits with increased job satisfaction, reduction in stress from commuting and financial savings. For the community, telework can reduce emissions and traffic congestion. It becomes a win-win-win!
